It is just so shocking that there is no protection for animals against the cruelty of hunting. How can we ever be considered a civilised society while we allow animals to be wantonly killed for the sick pleasure of these awful people who cannot comprehend the vile nature of what they do? This is so shocking yet it continues unabated and in fact gets worse. What right have these people to take the lives of innocent animals? It is disturbing in the extreme that we live in close association with people who take pleasure from the suffering of other sentient beings. Animals suffer pain as do we and like us they want to live. It is time all hunting, shooting, and deer stalking, or whatever label you want to use for the sadistic past time of killing helpless animals, was banned.
